godenta.online (“GoDenta”, “we”, “us”) operates this platform and is the seller of all subscriptions and services offered on it. You can reach us at support@godenta.online.

Card payments for our orders are processed by Stripe on our behalf. We remain the seller of the service and handle all customer service inquiries, cancellations and refunds directly.

GoDenta provides admissions preparation tools, program information and expert review services for dental applicants. Everything on the platform is educational. We do not guarantee admission, licensure, a visa, an interview or any specific outcome, and we are not an agent of any dental school, application service or licensing board.

Program data is compiled from official published sources and links back to them. Requirements, deadlines and fees change; always confirm the details directly with the program before you rely on them.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• share, resell or redistribute paid content, question banks or generated documents;
• share your account with anyone else, or use more than one account to evade limits;
• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or reverse engineer any part of the platform;
• upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or deliberately misleading material;
• submit another person’s documents or identity as your own;
• use the platform to harass other members, or to falsify an application to any institution.

Submitting platform-generated text as your own unedited work may breach the rules of the institution you apply to. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying everything you submit.

The platform, its software, design, question banks, written guidance and compiled datasets are owned by GoDenta or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own application, and nothing more.

You keep ownership of the documents and content you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that content in order to deliver the service you asked for.

Paid plans renew automatically for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices are shown at checkout, and applicable taxes are calculated there.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, attempt to defraud us or a payment provider, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other members. Where a suspension follows our own error, we will restore access or refund the affected period.

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and, for active subscribers, notified by email. Questions go to support@godenta.online.
