GoDenta (godenta.online) is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us about anything on this page at support@godenta.online.

• Account data — email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and your chosen pathway.
• Application profile data — the education, exam, experience and goal details you enter in your Dental Passport, plus documents you upload (transcripts, CVs, statements, letters).
• Practice and progress data — question bank attempts, mock exam sessions, interview recordings and transcripts, scores and feedback.
• Purchase data — plan, subscription status, transaction and invoice identifiers. We do not store your card number.
• Communications — support requests, expert review messages, community posts and email delivery status.
• Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and features used.

To create and secure your account, deliver the tools and reviews you ask for, process payments, provide support, send transactional and reminder emails you have opted into, prevent abuse and fraud, meet legal obligations, and understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. We rely on contract performance for delivering the service, legitimate interests for security and product improvement, consent for optional emails, and legal obligation where the law requires retention.

We share personal data with the following categories of recipient, only as needed:

• Stripe — our payment processor, who handles card payments, invoices, tax calculation and refunds on our behalf and receives the purchase data described above. We never see or store your card details.
• Hosting and database providers — to run the platform and store your data securely.
• Email delivery provider — to send account, transactional and reminder messages.
• Content processing providers — to transcribe, extract and analyse the documents and recordings you submit for feedback.
• Doctor experts on our board — only the material you deliberately submit for a review you booked.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising. Some recipients operate outside your country; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Account, profile and practice data is kept while your account is open and for up to 12 months after closure, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Uploaded documents and interview recordings can be deleted from your account at any time. Transaction records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw email consent at any time from your reminder settings. Email support@godenta.online and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted per user through database-level rules, and administrative access is role-based and logged. We use cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary for sign-in and session handling, plus first-party usage measurement. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
