National board notes
- Passage of NBDE Part I or the Integrated National Board Dental Examination (INBDE) is required for consideration. Official NBDE/INBDE scores should be submitted only if requested by the program. If admitted, official scores must be sent directly to the institution.
TOEFL instructions
- The minimum acceptable TOEFL score is 95 on the TOEFL iBT (internet-based test). For tests taken on or after January 21, 2026, the minimum required score is 5.0 on the new TOEFL iBT score scale.

- Program accepts up to three Letters of Evaluation.
