- Program requires passage of NBDE Parts I and II to be considered for admission. Both exams are mandatory.
- Must submit original NBDE Parts I and II results directly from the American Dental Association to Columbia Admissions Office at cdm-postgradforms@columbia.edu.
- Candidate copies are not accepted.
TOEFL instructions
- All applicants must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) to be considered for admission.
- Accept Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) scores only.
- Must submit original TOEFL score report directly to program (not to ADEA CAAPID).
- A minimum score of 100 on the iBT.
Letters of evaluation
- Letters of Recommendation from one faculty member and the academic dean of the original dental school, as well as one postdoctoral reference, if applicable.
